Role Overview: You will be the Regional Business Manager (RBM) responsible for leading and driving sales growth in a defined cluster/region of optical retail stores. Your role will involve strategic planning, team development, ensuring superior customer experience, and executing high-performance at the store level. Key Responsibilities: - Drive topline sales performance by setting clear sales targets and monitoring achievement regularly. - Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and front-line staff to achieve business goals. - Champion world-class customer service standards through initiatives like Eye Camps and in-store visual merchandising. - Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, adherence to SOPs, inventory control, and optimal manpower planning. - Create and execute local area marketing plans to enhance footfall and brand visibility. - Conduct regular performance reviews of stores and staff, identifying training needs and collaborating with HR/training teams. - Build a strong talent pipeline through mentoring, recognition, and succession planning. - Work closely with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and HR teams to support regional growth initiatives. - Analyze store-level performance data and provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement. Qualification Required: - 8 to 10 years of experience in retail sales/operations management, preferably in optical, lifestyle, fashion sectors. - Proven ability to drive sales through customer-centric initiatives and innovative campaigns. - Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-store retail environment. - Ability to travel across assigned regions/clusters as needed.,
