Regional Business Manager - Individual Loans

• Be the key personal to drive and achieve the Business Targets for the assigned region for MEL/PL Business.
• Tracking and monitoring repayment to ensure portfolio quality. Supervising various buckets and ensuring no roll forward of accounts to NPA.
• Current product suite includes loans to Micro Enterprise Customers & Personal Loans, Business loans etc
• This product line will be expanded as the organization grows; the incumbent is expected to work closely with the Regional Head and other key stake holders to drive business growth
• Analysis of Targeted Customer and Business segmentation and assessment of their needs at Area Level
• Responsible to Hire and Build team by giving necessary Training & mentoring
• Business Management: Overseeing and guiding team on developing on -going market insight, identify sector trends and work with Product team and stakeholders in developing competitive product proposition.
• Business Growth: Work on strategy for Business growth as per the budgeted number
• Portfolio Review and Performance management: Analyze Product and Portfolio Performance. Assess channel Performance. Rationalization of Portfolios.
• Process Streamlining: Work with stake holders in Customization/digitalization in the process
• Product Sales Support: Devising training module, imparting training to various team co-ordination with various support vertical etc.
• Stakeholders - Ops, Tech, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operational Risk
• Ensuring regulatory compliance adherence and advisory at all times. Monitoring process and portfolio to ensure NIL process and policy violation.
