Regional Business Manager - Furniture Division

1. Business Development (Primary Responsibility)

• Drive new business in Punjab, Tricity, HP, Haryana, J&K
• Target Top 100 architects, 25 PMCs, 30 large dealers.
• Build a pipeline of ₹100+ Cr per year with predictable conversion.
• Ensure 80/20 focus — top 20 architects give 80% business.

2. Architect & Influencer Ecosystem

• Must personally know minimum 10 top architects in region.
• Conduct design meets, presentations, site visits regularly.
• Build long-term relationships (Gain vs Gap mindset).

3. Dealer Network Expansion

• Identify & onboard high-potential dealers (quality > quantity).
• Ensure branding, display setup, training done as per guidelines.

4. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train & coach city sales executives.
• Weekly rhythm: pipeline review, forecasting, 4D execution.

5. Key Account Management

• Handle top luxury clients, channel partners & hot repeat accounts.
• Ensure smooth coordination with HO, logistics, installation & service teams.

6. Market Intelligence

• Track competitor moves, pricing, and big projects.
• Identify constraints (TOC) and escalate for fast resolution.
