Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth/ Team Handling

· Drive franchise sales to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual targets.

· Develop and implement strategies to achieve franchise partner sales targets and expand the franchise network.

· Identify, generate, and qualify prospective franchise leads through marketing campaigns, networking, referrals, and business events.

· Monitoring Team performance and working and encourage them to achieve target.

· Monitor franchisee performance and ensure alignment with company sales objectives.

Relationship Management

· Build strong relationships with franchise partners and act as the primary point of contact.

· Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to franchisees to maximize business potential.

· Address concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Operations & Compliance

· Ensure franchise partners adhere to company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements.

· Conduct periodic performance reviews and audits of franchise operations.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support franchise success.

Reporting & Analysis

· Prepare regular sales and expansion reports for senior management.

· Track KPIs related to franchise performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year
