Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Jhansi, Aligarh, Muzaffarnagar, Patna, Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new store locations and coordination with property owners.
• Oversee the operations of assigned retail pharmacy outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Lead, guide, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
• Negotiate leasing or acquisition deals for new stores.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and suppliers.
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI for newly established locations.

Requirements:

• 5 years plus Proven experience in business development, preferably in retail pharmacy or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and pharmacy market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,060.93 - ₹50,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Pharmacist License (Preferred)
