Business Development Manager / Cluster Manager / Expansion Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Zeelab Pharmacy Pvt Ltd, your role will involve identifying new store locations and coordinating with property owners. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned retail pharmacy outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. Leading, guiding, and motivating store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be conducting market research and feasibility studies, negotiating leasing or acquisition deals for new stores, and building relationships with healthcare providers and suppliers. Developing and implementing strategic growth plans, as well as monitoring KPIs and ROI for newly established locations, will also be crucial aspects of your role. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in retail pharmacy or healthcare. - Strong knowledge of local regulations and pharmacy market trends. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
