Position: Business Development Manager Location: Hyderabad, Jhansi, Aligarh, Muzaffarnagar, Patna, Bhubaneswar Key Responsibilities: Identify new store locations and coordination with property owners. Oversee the operations of assigned retail pharmacy outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. Lead, guide, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. Conduct market research and feasibility studies. Negotiate leasing or acquisition deals for new stores. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and suppliers. Develop and implement strategic growth plans. Monitor KPIs and ROI for newly established locations. Requirements: 5 years plus Proven experience in business development, preferably in retail pharmacy or healthcare. Strong knowledge of local regulations and pharmacy market trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
