Customer Service Executive (May communicate in English)

Shift Timings:

• Work from Office: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Work from Home: 3:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight

Working Days: Few Sunday are also working but may take compensatory off between Tuesday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and coordinate resolutions
• Maintain documentation and reporting using MS Excel and MS Office
• Support day-to-day customer care operations and internal coordination
• Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up communication
• Uphold service standards and contribute to process improvement

Eligibility Criteria – Customer Service Executive

• Final year or pass-out students
• Willingness to work from Karnal Office
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills in English
• Sound knowledge of computer operations
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
