Refrigeration Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in refrigeration systems, especially those used in dairy plants and milk chilling applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain refrigeration systems for dairy processing equipment, including bulk milk coolers and chilling tanks.

• Calculate cooling loads and select appropriate compressors, condensers, and other refrigeration components.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to refrigeration performance and efficiency.

• Support production and installation teams with technical guidance during equipment assembly and commissioning.

• Ensure all refrigeration systems are designed as per industry standards and safety requirements.

• Work on improving system designs for better energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Coordinate with suppliers for refrigeration components and stay updated with new technologies in the field.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in refrigeration, preferably in dairy or food processing industries.

• Good knowledge of heat transfer, cooling load calculations, and selection of refrigeration components.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach to troubleshooting.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in designing or maintaining refrigeration systems for dairy plants.

• Knowledge of industry standards related to food safety and equipment design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
