Refrigeration Engineer

Title: Refrigeration and Climate Control Engineer

Location: Pune or Bangalore

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering

• Substantial understanding of cooling technologies, especially for NH3 and CO2-installations

• Experience in translating project requirements into work packages.

• Ability to develop conceptual system designs for P&ID.

• Understanding of critical project points and prioritizing these effectively.

• Familiarity with European/Dutch standards related to CO and NH, such as NPR and PGS13.

• Preferred industry experience in meat and beverage processing industry (like breweries, diary etc), hospitality, food retail, industrial food production, cold logistics and cold storage

Job Responsibility:

• Create accurate and efficient CAD designs and drawings using mentioned CAD-programs.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to transform project needs into design solutions.

• Establish systems for P&ID that serve as the project foundation.

• Identify and prioritize key project milestones and deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, focusing on CO and NH specifications.

• Select appropriate valves and components, primarily Danfoss, for project needs.

• Perform pipe calculations using tools like Danfoss Coolselector.

• Maintain and organize project files within Autodesk Vault.
