We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in refrigeration systems, especially those used in dairy plants and milk chilling applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, install, and maintain refrigeration systems for dairy processing equipment, including bulk milk coolers and chilling tanks. Calculate cooling loads and select appropriate compressors, condensers, and other refrigeration components. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to refrigeration performance and efficiency. Support production and installation teams with technical guidance during equipment assembly and commissioning. Ensure all refrigeration systems are designed as per industry standards and safety requirements. Work on improving system designs for better energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with suppliers for refrigeration components and stay updated with new technologies in the field. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in refrigeration, preferably in dairy or food processing industries. Good knowledge of heat transfer, cooling load calculations, and selection of refrigeration components. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach to troubleshooting. Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in designing or maintaining refrigeration systems for dairy plants. Knowledge of industry standards related to food safety and equipment design.
