Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, training new recruiters, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and practices.
