Recruitment Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Recruitment Specialist to join our talent acquisition team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will bring 06-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring processes across various roles. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities. Work on multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles. Provide timely updates and reports to the recruitment manager. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 06 -1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced corporate environment. Good understanding of various job portals and sourcing techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
