Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, workforce plans, and company culture.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and placement.
• Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of skilled professionals across functions.
• Prepare and present qualified candidate shortlists to clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process for both sides.
• Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarks to clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Attend client meetings to build stronger relationships and promote services.
