About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have:

• Hands-on recruitment experience
• Be comfortable working on targets
• Be well-versed with various hiring platforms beyond Naukri

Responsibilities:

• Experience: 1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy setup.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Experience with ATS and non-Naukri sourcing platforms.
• Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Availability: Immediate joiners ONLY.
• Work Mode: Work From Office, 5 days a week.
• Work Location - Andheri Versova (5 mins from Versova Metro Station)
