Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing and hiring. The role includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and facilitating onboarding and training of new employees. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will maintain communication with potential candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
