Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nadiad for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process and conducting interviews. Other responsibilities include improving and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying potential candidates, and training new hires. The role will also involve maintaining clear and effective communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Proficiency in conducting Interviews and Training
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus
