Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day activities. • Maintain effective communication with clients through emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other Social platforms. • Learn and apply modern export techniques to enhance business operations. • Assist in developing strategies to approach and convert end users. • Understand client requirements, address their queries, and ensure satisfaction. • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients. • Draft professional emails and coordinate communication within the team. • Follow up on submitted quotations and track client responses. • Update the Purchase and Production teams on the status of finalized quotations. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and prospects. Requirements • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) • Strong command of English (spoken and written) • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to navigate the internet for research and communication • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
