Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new talent. They will also develop and implement recruiting strategies, facilitate candidate sourcing, and provide training support to align talent with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Hiring and Interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
• Proficiency in Recruiting strategies and processes, with a focus on talent acquisition and job matching.
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders professionally.
• Experience in Training and onboarding to ensure successful integration of new hires.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic hiring needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role in the healthcare or service industry is an advantage.
