Position: Recruitment Specialist Hierarchy Level: Professional Functional Family: Human Resources Sub Function: Recruitment Job Description Managing Recruitment Life cycle Job Responsibilities: Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements. Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation. Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations. Maintaining of employees’ records and database Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention - daily. Providing MIS reports to the management. Qualifications: MBA – HR / MSW / MLM / Labour Law Good command of English (written and spoken) At least 6 -10 years of work experiences in Human Resource Management, preferably good exposure in Plant (multi-national company) Basic Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Knowledge of lean management methods would be an advantage Strong communication and people management skills, deadline oriented, time management skills Self-motivated and strong analysis skill, initiative and open mind Highly organized with previous experience of coaching and training others Professional and able to handle confidential information Functional specific Skills Cross Functional Team with entire team members. On request by the superior manager, the employee besides his actual functions, can be involved to do other tasks which do not correspond to his routine activities sphere.
