Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Thrissur. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
