Recruitment Specialist

At Digirecruitx, we’re seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist/Talent Acquisition Executive to manage candidate sourcing and recruitment for diverse client roles. This position is perfect for someone with proven experience in the staffing industry who enjoys a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Location - Remote

CTC - 1.8-3.6 LPA (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements from clients and prepare accurate job briefs.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients while ensuring smooth communication.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and regularly update recruitment trackers.
• Build and nurture long-term candidate relationships and talent pools.
• Share timely updates and feedback with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver quality hires while meeting defined SLAs and timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR specialization preferred.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in the staffing & recruitment industry (preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean search methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with ATS/recruitment tools.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
