What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead end-to-end hiring across technical, functional, leadership & fresher roles

✅ Drive high-performing recruitment teams across geographies

✅ Own key hiring metrics: TAT, Submittal-to-Offer ratios, Offer-to-join ratios, Funnel quality

✅ Enable the team with modern tools: CEIPAL, iMocha, ChatGPT, Gemini

✅ Handle client calls, manage escalations, and support delivery forecasts

✅ Build a recruitment engine with dashboards

✅ Implement a structured recruiter training program

What We’re Looking For:

Senior Manager or Director

• 12–15 years

  in full-cycle recruitment, including

  5+ years

  leading multi-location teams.
• A proven track record in leading for both US hiring and India hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver across

  technical (AI/ML, data, cloud, DevOps), functional (PM, finance, sales), and fresher

  roles.
• Strong stakeholder communication with CXOs and delivery heads.
