Job Description

Position: Officer (Talent Acquisition)Production.Location: Tarapur MIDC, Boisar, Dist. Palghar, Maharashtra.

Job Location:

  • Tarapur MIDC. Tarapur MIDC, Boisar, Dist. Palghar, Maharashtra.
  • Tarapur- Railway station Boisar takes 1.5 hrs. by train from Borivali Station or by road via Western
Express Highway.
  • Suburban local trains direct from Churchgate to Boisar Railway station.
  • For outstation bachelors, Company provides a subsidized guest house with a cook.
  • For outstation families, Company provides subsidized accommodation in company owned
Buildings.
  • It is a requirement to be based in Tarapur/Boisar area. Relocation allowance is available.

B. Minimum Qualifications/Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline must or Management Degree / Diploma in Human Resources preferred.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in arranging Interviews, managing Induction, Pre-joining/Joining formalities,
Tracking appraisals and goal settings.
  • We prefer candidate with English medium schooling.

C. Your Job Responsibilities

C1. Principal thrust area:

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Talent Acquisition for grade MT to M10 and Talent Acquistion support for grade M09 and above.
  • Documentation and follow-up of Performance Management System.
  • Maintenance of associate’s personal file maintenance and up-dation.

C2. Key Deliverables

  • Recruitment:
  • Sharing approved Job Descriptions of open positions with the consultants and inviting resumes
ii. Screening of resumes and conducting initial telephonic HR interview.
iii. Arrangement of interviews and post interview documentation from interviewersiv. Coordination with prospective candidates
  • Managing contracts & billing of hiring partners
  • On – boarding:
  • To ensure the completion of pre – joining formalities i.e. medical test, reference check, issue of offer
letter, follow-up for resignation in current organization etc.
ii. To ensure the completion of post – joining formalities i.e. verify the required documents, issuingappointment letter, complete induction process.iii. Track mentor – mentee meetings and maintain reports.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain and update all personal files of the associates (hard & soft copies)
ii. Maintain all HR documents as per the ISO documentation norms.
iii. Coordination with exiting associates for exit interview
  • Exit Management:
  • Co-ordinate for Exit Interview with consultant

Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge of hiring process
  • Data management
  • Excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
