Description

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Maintain and manage a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficient in using social media and professional networks for recruitment purposes.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve recruitment strategies.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
