Job Summary:

Recruitment Lead – Non-IT (US Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment

  activities across multiple domains
• Handle hiring for roles in

  Mortgage, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Delivery/Field Operations

• Manage and mentor a

  team of 6–8 US recruiters

  , ensuring productivity, quality, and SLA adherence
• Define and implement

  effective sourcing strategies

  for high-volume and specialized roles
• Collaborate with US stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, quality of hire) and provide regular reports
• Ensure compliance with

  US hiring practices, labor laws, and documentation standards

• Drive process improvements and best practices in recruitment operations
• Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–12 years

  of overall recruitment experience
• Minimum

  5 years of hands-on US Non-IT hiring experience

• Strong exposure to

  high-volume and niche US hiring

• Proven

  people management and leadership experience

• Excellent knowledge of

  US recruitment lifecycle, job boards, and sourcing channels

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with US time zones as required
