Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across different locations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-12 years of experience in Recruitment Management or related field (IT Staffing).
  • Strong understanding of MIS systems for tracking applicant flow, interview scheduling, etc.
  • Proven team handling skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent Talent Acquisition skills with ability to source candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, referrals).
