Job Summary We’re hiring an Account Manager - Team Leader with 5+ years of experience in BFSI/NBFC recruitment and a demonstrated ability to lead teams. You will drive end-to-end hiring for top banking clients, manage a team of recruiters, and deliver on individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Performance Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5–8 recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring goals. Set clear KPIs (e.g., 15–20 closures/recruiter/month) and conduct weekly reviews to track progress. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. 2. Client Partnership & Business Growth Act as the primary liaison for banking clients (e.g., leading private banks, NBFCs), understanding their talent needs and delivering high-quality candidates. Expand DreamJobs.in’s footprint by identifying upsell opportunities and strengthening client relationships. 3. End-to-End Recruitment Management Design strategies for bulk and niche hiring (e.g., Branch Managers, Loan Officers, Underwriters, Insurance Advisors). Oversee sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and internal databases to build a robust talent pipeline. Ensure seamless candidate journeys from screening to onboarding. 4. Target-Driven Execution Achieve individual targets (e.g., 20–25 senior-level closures/month) while driving the team to meet collective goals. Analyze metrics like time-to-fill, candidate dropouts, and client NPS to optimize outcomes. 5. Compliance & Innovation Ensure adherence to BFSI/NBFC recruitment regulations (e.g., RBI background checks, IRDAI certifications). Leverage DreamJobs.in’s AI-driven tools and analytics dashboards to streamline processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field. 5+ years in BFSI/NBFC recruitment, with 2+ years managing teams. In-depth knowledge of banking roles, salary benchmarks, and industry trends. Proven success in handling PAN-India mandates and high-volume hiring.
