Recruitment Intern

As a Recruitment Intern at SAPOCOM Technologies Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve assisting in the hiring process, conducting interviews, and supporting the recruiting team in various tasks. You will be responsible for coordinating training sessions for new hires and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. This on-site role is located in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networks. - Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with the HR team & technical team. - Support in conducting initial HR interviews and assessments. - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Assist in posting job openings. - Participate in assessment support initiatives & employer branding initiatives. - Handle pre-onboarding documentation and support HR operations when required. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality. - Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.,
