SAP Pre-Sales Manager

You will lead the pre-sales cycle for SAP solutions, engaging with prospects and internal teams. Your responsibilities include understanding client requirements, mapping them to SAP offerings such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, etc. You will design tailored solution architectures and compelling demos to showcase SAP's value proposition. Collaborating with sales, consulting, and delivery teams is crucial to ensure alignment and feasibility. Your role involves preparing proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation. Additionally, conducting product presentations, workshops, and technical discussions with stakeholders is part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in SAP pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles. Strong functional knowledge of SAP ERP modules and/or industry-specific SAP solutions is essential. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required. You should be able to manage multiple deals efficiently and meet tight deadlines. Experience with RFI/RFP processes and proposal writing is expected, and SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate, are a plus. Preferred attributes for this role include experience in leading pre-sales for mid-size to enterprise clients, understanding of cloud strategy and digital transformation frameworks, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset will be advantageous.
