Company is growing its solution architecture team and is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join the team. You will be responsible for producing or ensuring the production of all Architectural deliverables under the development methodology. It is crucial to identify all areas of risk, including Architectural, Technical, and Security aspects, and manage them with the cooperation of the appropriate stakeholders. Ensuring clear communication and agreement on Architecture, Divergences, and Risks by all stakeholders is a key part of the role. As a Solution Architect, you will provide technical leadership to other solution architects and drive alignment of the company's landscape with the enterprise target picture, including system retirement. Design assurance for Solution Architecture to ensure implementation as designed and meeting the correct standards and quality will also be part of your responsibilities. Skills & Experience: - Experience in defining, documenting, and architecting solutions across a hybrid and on-premise cloud estate, potentially integrating with legacy technologies for large projects. - Providing architectural support and assurance to DevOps teams and applying Agile practices is advantageous. - Experience with Technical Selection, RFI/RFP processes, and supplier assurance of third-party products. - Leading architectural design authorities for projects and working within Enterprise Architectural Governance and Portfolio Management frameworks. - Stakeholder management and influencing at varying levels, including C-Suite, Developers, Testers, Project Managers, etc. - Ability to convey Architecture decisions using various communication techniques for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Broad knowledge of IT technologies, architectural styles, and patterns such as Event Driven, Serverless, Microservices Architectures, SOA, and layered architectures. - Knowledge of the Open Agile Framework (Open.org) is desirable. - Understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes. - Experience in SAP ERP implementations (S/4 HANA preferable) and Oracle E-business suite is an advantage. - Experience in leading Finance Solution Architecture function in complex large-scale Finance Transformation programs.,
