Job Title: Recruitment Executive / Sr. Recruitment Executive
Location: Mulund, Mumbai (Local Candidates preferred)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday off)
Experience: 0-2 Years

Job Profile:
Understanding Client requirement Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (Job portal, social platforms andprofessional networks) Making calls and scheduling candidates for the interview Regular follow-ups with the Candidates and Client / Account Manager Generating daily line-ups Willing to work as an individual contributor

Desired Candidate Profile:
Male / Female Good verbal and written communication skills Awareness of MS-Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)Coppergate Consultant Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks A keen understanding of the differences between various roles Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Creative thinker and proactive problem solver A positive, can do attitude
