Role Overview

Talent Acquisition cum Franchise Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Draft job descriptions and interview questions
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain candidate database and long-term talent pipelines
• Conduct background checks and campus drives

Franchise Development

• Manage and follow up on franchise leads via calls, referrals, and databases
• Explain franchise model, investment, ROI, and support structure
• Conduct discovery calls and assess partner suitability
• Handle objections and close franchise agreements
• Coordinate documentation and onboarding post-closure
• Track leads, follow-ups, and closures
• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate
• Fresher or experience in

  Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Sales

• Familiar with job portals, social media, and resume databases
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to explain business models and financial concepts
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
