About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs, ensuring the right talent is recruited within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements from different departments and hiring managers.
• Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Source candidates through databases, networking, headhunting, referrals, and job boards.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate candidate communication.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
• Manage and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive/Recruiter (agency or corporate).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
