Recruitment Executive

You will be joining our Financial Services team as a Recruitment Executive, where your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and hire top talent for critical roles within our organization. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry and have prior experience in recruitment. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. You will develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, conduct interviews to assess candidate fit and skills, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish to ensure a positive candidate experience. Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, staying updated on industry trends, and competitor activity will also be crucial aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the financial services sector, a solid understanding of the industry and job market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, are also required.
