Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer, located in Kochi, Kerala. The Recruitment Officer will have to comply with recruitment regulations and best practices to deliver optimal staffing solutions. Job Analysis and Posting: Collaborate with hiring department to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Post openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize different sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, and online platforms, to identify potential candidates. Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. Conducting Interviews: Arrange and conduct interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and cultural fit. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintaining Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and report on hiring progress. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance strategies.
