- Execute high-quality 2D and 3D meshing of sheet metal, Aluminium and Plastic components for Crash, NVH and Durability simulations using the ANSA tool.
- Hands-on experience in meshing all types of components, module development, and debugging for structural analysis for automotive domain.
- Strong knowledge in pre and post-processing software such as ANSA and Animator/Hyperworks.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to geometry, meshing, and connectivity.
- Optimize mesh quality by evaluating and improving element quality, aspect ratio, skewness, Jacobian, and warpage.
- Implement appropriate mesh controls and idealizations tailored to various analysis types, such as shell versus solid meshing.
- Solid understanding of vehicle crash safety standards including NCAP, FMVSS, and ECE regulations.
- Understanding of automotive OEM meshing guidelines and CAE workflow processes.
- Knowledge of CAE solvers like Abaqus, Nastran and LS-DYNA is added advantageous.
