Recruitment Manager

Role & responsibilities

Drive the recruitment team towards achieving monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
Mentor and guide recruiters, ensuring best practices and high productivity.
Personally manage a few key/strategic positions to ensure quality and timely closures.
Establish a performance-driven culture within the team
Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across functions.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Maintain compliance with internal recruitment policies and external regulations.
Prepare, review, and share weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards with management.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize hiring outcomes.
Alignment of recruitment with business priorities.
Serve as the escalation point for recruitment-related concerns.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives through proactive candidate engagement.
