Role & responsibilities

  • Drive the recruitment team towards achieving monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
  • Mentor and guide recruiters, ensuring best practices and high productivity.
  • Personally manage a few key/strategic positions to ensure quality and timely closures.
  • Establish a performance-driven culture within the team
  • Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across functions.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain compliance with internal recruitment policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and share weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards with management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Alignment of recruitment with business priorities.
  • Serve as the escalation point for recruitment-related concerns.
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives through proactive candidate engagement.
