Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Associate Manager – HRBP to drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management (excluding recruitment). This role requires strong HR business partnering skills, expertise in HR operations, and the ability to deliver impactful dashboards and analytics to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic HR partner for business units, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, performance management, employee engagement, and exit formalities (excluding recruitment).

Drive the performance management process (PMS) and ensure timely and effective execution of appraisal cycles.

Build and manage HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for business and leadership reviews.

Collaborate with leadership on Annual Operating Plan (AOP), workforce planning, and HR strategy.

Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution effectively.

Design and execute employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.

Ensure policy adherence and compliance with HR processes and statutory requirements.

Leverage HRMS / ATS platforms to automate and enhance HR operations.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 4–7 years of HRBP experience in a dynamic environment (excluding recruitment).

Strong stakeholder management with proven experience engaging with leadership.

Proficiency in HRMS/ATS tools and advanced dashboard/report creation (Excel, HR analytics, HR dashboards, etc.).

Working knowledge of AOP planning and HR policies.

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High ownership mindset, adaptability, and a positive, result-oriented attitude.
