Role & responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Deliver a top-notch service-experience to managers & candidates as it pertains to the recruitment process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews across India.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment including managing job postings, preparing offer letters, new hire paperwork, coordinating candidate travel and candidate correspondence.
  • Occasionally handle other HR-related projects including sourcing as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-4 years of HR experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide strong customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
