Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant, located in edappal. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and matching candidates to suitable roles. Key duties involve consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs, maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. This role will require strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively as part of the recruitment team.
