Job Description

As a Recruitment Partner at FNZ, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned functional areas of the business. You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team and will contribute significantly to developing the employment brand, talent pipeline, and enhancing the direct recruitment model. Your responsibilities will extend beyond recruitment support to participating in group recruitment strategies and becoming a Valued Business Partner. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment process effectively. - Build a strong local employment brand within the APAC market. - Represent the FNZ brand at university careers fairs. - Establish relationships with key stakeholders at targeted universities. - Source and headhunt top talent adhering to FNZ standards. - Act as a relationship manager between local stakeholders and Recruitment. - Screen and assess candidates to ensure they align with business requirements. - Lead high-volume Grad recruitment/Graduate Assessment Centres. - Implement direct sourcing strategies for quality hires at optimal costs. - Provide guidance on recruitment market conditions and competitor hiring. - Collaborate with senior business leaders to attract best-in-class talent. - Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for continuous recruitment. - Track and report recruiting statistics with integrity and accuracy. - Manage vendor relationships with external recruiting agencies. - Contribute to global recruitment and HR initiatives. - Support other FNZ Locations with recruiting activities as needed. - Develop KPIs to monitor recruitment levels, cost, time to fill, and source of hire. Qualifications Required: - Degree qualified or equivalent experience (Desirable). - Fluent in English both verbal and written. - Significant experience as a Recruitment Partner, preferably in-house. - Experience in recruiting within the IT and Finance sector is desirable. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team to provide excellent resourcing services. - Organized, proactive, and results-driven with effective self-management. - Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and meeting settings. - Collaborative and solutions-focused approach to achieve measurable outcomes. - Consultative with the ability to influence key stakeholders. - Skilled in improving existing processes and procedures. - Establish credibility quickly and maintain positive working relationships. - Capable of managing high volumes of recruitment efficiently.
