Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive both talent acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, coupled with proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships. This role blends strategic hiring with proactive business development to fuel our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (50%)

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for a variety of roles.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication with applicants.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.

Business Development (50%)

Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions.

Track market trends to identify emerging business opportunities.

Achieve and exceed revenue, placement, and client acquisition targets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of combined experience in recruitment and business development (staffing or consulting preferred).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using ATS systems, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in HR Tech and handling international clients

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., IT, engineering].

Proven track record of meeting placement and sales targets.

Networking skills to establish strong industry connections.

Creative problem-solving and consultative selling approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of successful placements.

Client acquisition and retention rate.

Revenue generated from new and existing clients.

Candidate and client satisfaction scores.
