This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience and build a solid foundation in the recruitment industry.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Source potential candidates through various online channels, including job portals and professional social networks.- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and suitability for open roles.- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system.- Assist in creating and posting clear and engaging job descriptions on various platforms.- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.POSITION TYPEPlease note that this is a freelance or contract-based position. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable industry experience with a flexible work arrangement.
