What would you do?
Liaise with Hiring Managers and HRBPs:Gain clarity on Hiring Demand Fulfillment priorities and receive requisitions for job profiles in the client s applicant tracking system (ATS). Understand past sourcing channels, start date schedules and local resource support required toquickly fill positions. Develop hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with the client. This may include determining and managing the appropriate channels/media for the most effective solution to meet requirements Acts as a Recruitment subject matter expert andchampion of the delivery solution that aligns to the client s needs Demand Posting:Understand current client Branding Strategies and deploy them consistently across locations.Required - Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Required - Sourcing candidates using portals like Naukri Gulf Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Middle East (GCC) Market /International Market Candidate Screening:Conduct candidate prequalificationprocess as required (e.g., screening against job description and vetting for interest/understanding of the roles. Manage the various aspects of the Recruitment Process like Sourcing, processing exceptions (e.g. verbal offers where required, informational interviewaccommodations or scheduling). Disposition candidates throughout the process when not automated and ensure the completion of onboarding forms and background checks. Experience in using SuccessfactorAchieve Service Levels:Ensure we are meeting required Service Levels. Operate within and achieve monthly demand fulfillment targets across client operatAchieve Service Levels:Ensure we are meeting required Service Levels. Quality & Customer Satisfaction:Ensure that the client s Hiring Managers complete their requisitions andrequired approvals to enable optimum levels of productivity, quality and capacity utilization. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:Ensure candidates are progressing rapidly through the hiring process. Brainstorm and highlight continuous improvement idea
