Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain connections with Placement Officers across institutions.
• Assisting in candidate screening, resume shortlisting, initial assessments and interview scheduling.
• Engaging with candidates via email/phone to resolve queries and share updates.
• Support client mandates and ensure smooth execution of recruitment operations.
• Help in maintaining and optimizing company databases.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather and clarify data needs.
• Provide support in customer service and recruitment-related activities.
