Job Description: As a Recruiting Operations Intern at VIOSA, India's first AI-powered unified EdTech platform, you will play a crucial role in assisting the management & team with day-to-day operations. Located in Mumbai, this full-time on-site position will require you to take on various responsibilities that contribute to the smooth functioning of the recruiting process. Your main tasks will involve posting opportunities, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting first level screenings, and maintaining candidate databases. In addition to these core functions, you will also provide support to managers through administrative tasks and candidate communications. To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational and administrative skills. Familiarity with recruiting software and databases is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Attention to detail and the capacity to multitask will be key traits that you bring to the table. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, and Google Meet is required for effective performance. Collaboration is at the heart of our work culture, so your ability to work effectively in a team environment will be crucial. While prior experience in human resources or talent acquisition is a plus, it is not mandatory.
