Full Stack Developer (AI & Web Applications)

As a Full Stack Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of projects, including conceptualization, architecture, development, deployment, and optimization. Your expertise in building modern, scalable, and AI-powered applications will be crucial for the success of our projects. You will work on a variety of tasks spanning across React-based frontends, Node.js backends, and AI integrations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Frontend Development: Building and maintaining responsive, scalable React.js applications with TypeScript integration. - Backend Development: Designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices with Node.js and Express, as well as developing scalable MongoDB schemas. - Other Contributions: Optimizing React build times and project structures, developing internal tools for progress tracking, scoring, and gamification, and documenting logic, APIs, schemas, and workflows for smooth handovers. Key skills and tools you should be proficient in include: - Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion - Backend: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB - GenAI: Exposure to API connections and limitations with Anthropic/OpenAI - Other: REST APIs, Git, Docker (basic), cloud integrations We are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership from idea to execution, comfortable working across multiple tech stacks and domains simultaneously, and enjoys experimenting with AI to create impactful products for users.
