Recruiting Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and screen resumes through job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Support employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Help organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other events.
• Assist with offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
