Role Description

This is a requirement base role for a Recruiting Consultant/Agency based in South, India. The Recruiting Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including identifying client needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The role includes collaborating closely with clients to ensure alignment with their hiring goals, providing advice on recruiting strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Monitoring trends in the recruitment market and maintaining candidate records will also be key responsibilities.
